About Me!
My childhood dream of working with children inspired me to become an educator. Since then, I have devoted my life to building on this personal goal. With a focus on individualized education and a love of reading, along with tailoring lessons and projects to meet the needs of individual students, I attempt to profoundly impact my children, school and neighborhood.
From my first year of teaching, I realized that I adore working with children. This experience helped to shape many of my beliefs about what children can do if someone believes in them. I knew then that I wanted to motivate and inspire the neediest students whom many have written off just because of their individual unfortunate circumstances in life.
I was born and raised in Lethbridge and I am a graduate of the Catholic School Division.
Following my philosophy that we are all life-long learners, I have a B.Ed., E.C.S. Diploma, Ed. Diploma, M.Ed., and a Ph.D.
My motto continues to be "Teaching Is a Work of the Heart."
